“No matter what kind of challenges or difficulties or painful situations you go through in your life, we all have something deep within us that we can reach down and find the inner strength to get through them.” – Alana Stewart
Reflecting on major challenges in life can be an empowering experience. Emphasis on the word reflecting vs. dwelling. We know that we have moved on and we found and learned coping skills on the way. This proves that we are able to heal.
It took me a while to understand how to undo obstacles that were shadowing the past. How do you change the past?
I started to be grateful. I realized that in the Universe time and energy had no limits. Which meant that I could in fact travel in time. I began to thank the Universe to heal my memory of the events that still shadowed my mind.
It’s not a quick process but it works. Mind is clever and picks up on programming that it’s given. I use it every day. We are exposed to such dire news and difficult humanitarian issues daily that resetting is necessary. The earlier it’s done the better it works. Dreams follow the programming and so the nightmares also step aside. I also thank the dreams to follow the highest energy and light levels available.
Everyone has many different coping skills. Life isn’t necessarily getting easier, but our toolbox gets bigger. When we care about others we learn to apply more skills to ourselves as well.
Take care everyone! and remember to take healing breaks 🌷🕊️🌻
