Some of my core mottos. If anyone tells you that motherhood or family life does not prepare for leadership, or management experience with family issues – they could not be more wrong. Following my leadership board in private life, has never failed me. When in crisis, put your ego aside. Stop, listen, be thankful, and you might learn a thing or two how to deal with each situation so that everyone comes out intact.
